1. About Us

NetRise Agency provides website design, hosting setup, and digital growth services for businesses in the UK. You can contact us at info@netrise.co.uk.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Our Services

  • We design, build, and deliver websites based on client specifications.
  • All work includes basic SEO setup, hosting guidance, and Google Analytics integration (if requested).
  • Additional services (such as booking systems or e-commerce features) may incur extra charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin any project.
  • The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion and delivery.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account provided on your invoice.
  • Work will not be launched or transferred until the full balance is received.

5. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver most projects within 3 working days from the date we receive all necessary content and information. Larger or more complex projects may take longer, and we’ll confirm timelines before starting.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information (text, images, content) required for the project.
  • Ensure you own or have permission to use any content you provide.
  • Review work promptly and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.

7. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction. Excessive or major structural changes outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.

8. Ownership & Rights

  • All websites are fully owned by the client once final payment is made.
  • Until payment is complete, all materials remain the property of NetRise Agency.
  • We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials.

9. Hosting & Maintenance

Unless stated otherwise, hosting and domain services are managed by third-party providers. Clients are responsible for renewing their hosting or domain after setup. Optional maintenance plans are available for ongoing support and updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver secure, functional websites, NetRise Agency cannot be held liable for issues arising from third-party services, user error, or changes made after handover. Our total liability will never exceed the total amount paid for the project.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once design work has begun.
  • If you cancel before we start, we’ll refund your deposit minus any preparation costs.
  • If we fail to deliver as agreed, you may request a partial refund (at our discretion).

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle all personal information in line with UK GDPR. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we protect your data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts of England.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect service or legal changes. The latest version will always appear on this page with the updated date.
